The Bock 251 is Universal Audio's flagship microphone: a large-diaphragm tube-condenser microphone with the elegant and open sound of the classic ELAM 251, considered by many to be the best vocal microphone ever produced. All microphones are hand built in California to the specifications of world famous microphone designer David Bock.
With its German-made CK12 capsule and a larger transformer, the UA Bock 251 provides extended low-frequency response down to 10 Hz and higher SPL values compared to vintage 251 microphones.
