Terms of trade for goods and services

These sales and delivery conditions apply to all deliveries from Cyber ​​Farm ApS, unless there are other written agreements between the buyer and Cyber ​​Farm ApS.

Payment
Cyber ​​Farm ApS offers ordering of goods online. The payment method is either Dankort, Visa or credit card, Mastercard, Maestro, Viabill, Mobilepay or EAN payment (Public institutions). There is no charge for payment with privately owned credit cards issued in Denmark or other EU countries, plus Norway and Iceland. When paying with Danish-issued company cards Mastercard, Maestro, Visa and Visa Electron, 1,45% of the transaction amount is charged. When paying with company cards issued in the EU plus Norway and Iceland and when paying with all credit cards issued outside the EU plus Norway and Iceland, 2,95% of the transaction amount is charged.

The prices are in DDK and include DDK VAT.

Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:
1) we raise the amount when we send the item, or
2) until the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.

When paying by credit card or Dankort, the amount will only be deducted from your account on the day the item is shipped. If an ordered item is not in stock, you will be contacted by Cyber ​​Farm.

Finance
In collaboration with Santander Consumer Bank, Cyber ​​Farm Aps offers interest-free financing for up to 36 months for purchases from DKK 3.000 up to DKK 60.000 and interest-bearing financing for up to 72 months for purchases from up to DKK 60.000 up to DKK 120.000. Financing requires credit approval through Santander Consumer Bank for one of the following three financing options:

Interest-free financing 12 months
Financing is done with a fixed monthly payment via payment service for 12 months.
Loan amount: DKK 3.000-5.000
Maturity: 12 months
Account fee + BS: DKK 29 per month + DKK 35 by giro

Interest-free financing 12-24-36 months
Financing is done with a fixed monthly payment via payment service for 12, 24 or 36 months.
Loan amount: DKK 5.000-60.000
Maturity: 12-36 months
Interest: 0%
Account fee + BS: 49-89 kr pr. month + DKK 35 by giro

Financing 48-72 months
Financing is done with a fixed monthly payment via payment service for 48 up to 72  months.
Loan amount: DKK 60.000-120.000
Maturity: 48-72 months
Interest: 7,95%
Creation fee: 5%
Account fee + BS: DKK 39 per month + DKK 35 by giro

Return - right of withdrawal
You always have a 14-day right of cancellation when you shop online at Cyber ​​Farm's webshop.

If you regret your purchase, you must contact us before the deadline expires. You can do that by following guidance here.

We do not grant a right of return for physical trade as a starting point unless otherwise agreed at the conclusion of the trade and stated on the invoice.

It is also possible (by agreement) to deliver returned goods to the address yourself within the store's opening hours. Remember to bring the enclosed invoice with you.

services
If you wish to have the service delivered before the deadline expires, you can give your express prior consent for the delivery to begin and for the deadline to stop when the service is fully delivered.

In practice, this means that your withdrawal period expires when the service is fully delivered.
You thus retain your right of withdrawal while the work or delivery is in progress.

However, if you have given your consent for the work or delivery to begin, but you still wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you should be aware that we will charge a reasonable fee for the work already delivered.

goods
If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
If the order consists of several lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last batch or part.

In the case of an agreement on regular delivery of goods over a certain period, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the first item.

You cannot undo the purchase by refusing to receive the item without giving us notice at the same time.

Return of goods:
You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. click here

If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a different way than what was necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back. 
 
The return can be made by sending the item back to our main warehouse. You must bear the direct costs in connection with returning the item. We offer our customers to purchase return shipping via our webshop: Buy return shipping here

We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may result in an impairment of the item.

Please note that we do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery or shipments that must be picked up at the post office. 

These agreements cannot be undone:
Purchased goods, delivery of digital content, e.g. computer programs, apps, games, music, movies, etc., which are not delivered physically on e.g. CD or DVD, if you have previously agreed that the performance will be started and that your right of cancellation is thereby lost. 

Repayment of purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount that you are liable for. 
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, no extra delivery costs will apply in cases where you have chosen a different delivery form than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer) no later than XNUM days from the day we has received your message that you will cancel the agreement. 
We will refund the money with the same payment method that you used at the time of the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

Especially for services
If you have given your consent for the work or delivery to start, but you still want to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must be aware, however, that we will charge reasonable costs for the work that has already been delivered.

Costs can include include spare parts and other materials necessary to perform the work, work time spent on troubleshooting, repair or assembly, as well as shipping costs for shipping to and from subcontractors.

Especially for goods
We may withhold payment until we have received the goods, unless you send us documentation to have returned it. 

Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items with us, you have the option of returning one or more goods, even if they are purchased in one order. 
Please note that you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase. 

Freight
We offer free shipping for purchases of goods from DKK 1.450 when shipping to addresses in Denmark.
You can choose between delivery to the nearest GLS parcel shop or GLS delivery to private or delivery to business. For purchases under DKK 1.450, the shipping price is DKK 60 for delivery to a parcel shop and DKK 75 for delivery to private or business.
Shipping takes place within 1-3 working days.
The standard price for freight is only valid for shipments to addresses in Denmark. When shipping to other countries (including the Nordic countries, the Faroe Islands and Greenland), an offer can be requested for an additional price for shipping, which must be settled before the item is sent. The standard price for shipping to most countries in Europe is DKK 250.  

Warranty
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to purchases of goods, but not services. This means that you basically do not have a 2-year warranty on services.

On the purchase of goods, you have a right to make a complaint for 24 months. Contact us before you send the item. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
 
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can refund your shipping costs.

The right of complaint lapses if the defect is due to circumstances caused by the buyer, including incorrect setup of software, accidents or misuse of goods, incorrect use of these or lack of maintenance.

Privacy Policy  
We need the following information when shopping with us:
Name, address, tel. No. and email address. For business customers and public institutions, we also ask for a CVR number and possibly EAN number. 

We record and pass on the personal information necessary to deliver the item to you.   

The personal information is registered with Cyber ​​Farm Aps and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.
