Sibelius Ultimate Education Site License Upgrade

Upgrades a multi-user license to the latest Sibelius Ultimate and “resets” the licenses so that they can be installed and distributed on new computers.

When upgrading, it is possible to change the license type, e.g. from a “standalone” license type, where the license is activated online on each computer, to a “network” version, where Sibelius' license server software keeps track of the licenses.
