Outcomes
When the microphone is correctly positioned, you are guided through a user-friendly 5-10 minute software calibration that only needs to be performed once, and which creates a unique profile for your particular instrument. The microphone system is mounted gently without modification of the instrument. Up to four instrument profiles can be stored. The system doubles as a USB audio interface, so you can record directly to a computer, tablet or smartphone.
With the balanced line output, the system can be connected directly to a PA system, amplifier, mixer or audio interface, and no line driver is needed.
With the foot pedal you can interrupt the reinforcement e.g. during tuning or when changing instrument. You can even switch between two instruments (eg mandolin and violin) without unplugging (requires extra microphone, adapter and cable, which are purchased separately).
