TELEFUNKEN Elektroakustik M80 created to give the user a better alternative to the "industry standard microphone."
With a wider frequency response and higher SPL, the M80 can deliver capacitor-like performance in a robust dynamic design both live and in the studio. Due to its special membrane, the M80 captures emotional nuances in a live vocal with an intimacy that has traditionally been reserved for studio capacitor microphones.

A tight kidney characteristic and a frequency response with a slight boost in the high frequencies of a microphone make the M80 ideal for creating a live live vocal.
The M80 uses Telefunken's own output transformer, and together with the special capsule it gives the microphone its fantastic sound.

The M80 is offered with either a black or Chrome head grille, and can also be ordered in special custom editions.
