Sibelius Ultimate:
If you have an older version of the "big" Sibelius (from version 5) or a Sibelius Ultimate with an expired update plan, you must buy a "Sibelius Ultimate upgrade and support plan".

Sibelius Artist (formerly “Sibelius First” or “Sibelius”):
If you have an older Sibelius First or a Sibelius (non-Ultimate) with an expired update plan, you must buy a "reinstatement" or possibly a "trade-up" if you want to upgrade to the large Sibelius Ultimate.

If your Sibelius is part of a multi-user license, you can not purchase an update online, but you can order by writing an email.
