Click & Collect

Order your goods online and pick them up in our store in Copenhagen. As soon as you have completed your order, we will pack your goods and you will receive an email as soon as it is ready. We endeavor to prepare your order within 2 hours. It is both easy and fast.

Note: You will receive an email from us when your order is ready for collection.

Here's how you do it:

• Find your items on cyberfarm.dk
• Put the items in the basket
• Go to "Checkout" and complete the rest of the payment process as usual, where you enter your information
• Select Click & Collect (Copenhagen) as delivery
• You will receive an email as soon as possible when your order is ready for collection - we strive to prepare the order within 2 hours, but no later than 24 hours after ordering

How do I cancel a Click & Collect?

If you have regretted your purchase and have not yet picked up your goods, you can of course cancel your order. Simply send an email to weborder@cyberfarm.dk, stating your web order number. Then we will make sure to cancel your order. And should you be a little late on it, and your order is ready for collection and the money has been withdrawn, we will of course handle it as well. When we receive your email about cancellation, we will put your items back in place and you will be refunded the full amount. Have you picked up your order? If you have already picked up your order and received it home, you can still return it. The item must of course be in unbroken packaging and unused condition.
